As a qualified Conveyancer, I provide individual and personal attention in a relaxed and professional environment relating to all areas of property matters as well as drafting of wills and deceased estate management.

What services does your firm offer?
  • Drafting of contracts including Leases and Offers to Purchase for buyers and sellers engaging
  • Checking and advising on contracts prepared by third parties (such as estate agents) before signature for both buyer and seller or landlord and tenant as the case may be.
  • As a sole practitioner, I offer independent and impartial advice and assistance as I have no affiliations or service provider preferences.
  • I specialize in the drafting of wills and assist in the management of deceased estates. Either as an executor/on behalf of an executor/ in respect of a specific mandate such as dealing with the Master’s Office
  • Advising on legalities and drafting of Liquidation Account.
Do I need to come into your office and meet you in person to receive legal services?

It’s always nice to meet people face to face in my office but, if it’s not possible and you are located relatively close by, I am happy to go to their home or office to meet them. It’s also possible to do a lot of legal work online (Email, Zoom, Teams etc)

What are your business hours?

Mon – Fri 8.30 to 16:00 in my office.

Sometimes if work commitments make it difficult for a client to get to my office before 5 pm we can make arrangements to meet later or online.

Do you charge for initial consultations?

It depends on the nature of the enquiry.

I am happy to have a once-off 30-minute chat in my office and provide verbal advice. I encourage clients to send me any agreements/contracts to me to check before signing. This is a particularly valuable service I provide to buyers and sellers of immovable property to consult me before signing.

What are the payment methods you accept?

How long do I have to wait to consult?
