Having qualified as a conveyancer, Carol took up the position of managing the Conveyancing Department at William Inglis Attorneys.

“I take a personal interest in registering transfers for my clients efficiently and timeously in the Deeds Office .” – Carol During.

Recognising the opportunity to offer her skills internationally, Carol studied for and then completed the UK Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test in 2007. In July 2008, Carol was admitted to the Roll as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

She has since offered her services to many clients from abroad who rely on her South African expertise and knowledge as well as her understanding of UK law across various applications relevant to her clients.

Carol combines more than 20 years of experience in real estate with a hands-on approach that provides her clients with a focus that few other firms offering the same level of expertise and range of services are able to deliver.

Her practice of thorough communication with her clients at all times ensures a satisfied clientele.

“Critical to a successful conclusion of a property transaction is specialist attention to detail from the outset right through to registration of transfer.” – Carol During
